In 2006, Brooke Boat 26 / ML117 visited Buckler’s Hard on behalf of the Coastal Motor Boat Heritage Trust and Hamble Royal Air Force Yacht Club.

Over 200 war veterans visited Boat 26 in a three-week period at Buckler’s Hard, the last person
to do so being Lt. Cdr. Eric Archer, W.W.2 Skipper of MGB 81.
